The Orba range is the latest edition to the Phos family, the highly versatile, modular, patented projector range for indoor and outdoor use which is fully designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK. The Orba range offers a hugely versatile choice of installation options from track, recessed, trimless, pendant, to lawn edge and spike, with many models also including a drop tube option.
The range features an ingenious magnetic ‘puck’ and rail design providing a high range of adjustability. Along with an aesthetically pleasing spherical body the Orba range also includes the patented heatsink for the high powered Cree LED which delivers up to an impressive 830 luminaire lumens. The range features easily interchangeable optics of 10°, 20°, 30° and 50°. All featured optics can accept the Phos honeycomb anti-glare louvre for an even tighter beam control.
The full range is manufactured from aluminium with the exterior variants sealed to IP65 and makes use of a stainless steel rail with a lockable connector. Orba is available in an unrivalled variety of flawless finishes, ranging from a sleek polished copper to a rich antique gold and a classic espresso bronze which gives the end user/designer plenty of creative freedom when specifying orders.

I wanted to design a spherical product, using the same LED and optics as the Eyeconic, to achieve the same class-leading performance.
