“Everything changes” say’s Ajay and lighting is no different. If I can continually learn and explore new ideas just like Thomas Edison did when he created light, it has been an inspiration to me to think when someone said to Edison how does it feel to fail 5000 times and he said I haven’t failed 5000 times I’ve only found 5000 ways that didn’t work, that in itself is such an inspiring thought. I’ve personally learned that if we can continually learn from successful people and never give up, then success isn’t by chance, it’s guaranteed. Without people like Edison
we wouldn’t have light today. I’ve always been attracted to such people and my job is to help it rub off on my staff and co-workers so that we can be greater than the next.
The Team
I have a great talented team and I want to inspire them to reach their true potential so that everything we do works. I encourage them to use their creativity and explore new ways of thinking into the future of lighting and design. Too many people are thinking inside the box so we like to think outside the box I’ve never been a follower of fashion; we have to be different to grow.

In response to demand Asco Lights are planning two further design studios/ showrooms in Hale and Wilmslow to be opened in 2013. Asco have had the great fortune to now have secured some amazing exclusives with high end lighting suppliers worldwide. We provide lighting styles from ultra modern to opulence and luxury.
