What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes gifts sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately on 08701 20 15 52 and we will arrange for the damaged product to be collected and new products to be despatched out to you immediately.

Do Asco Lights have a returns policy?
Yes. There is a 7 day money back guarantee on all products that you find unsuitable. If the goods are unsuitable and need to be returned, Asco will not collect goods free of charge, customer has to pay to send goods back to Asco in same condition as received. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods need to come back to Asco by registered means to ensure Asco sign for the parcel .The customer has to call Asco prior to return of goods to get an authorisation number. Do not write on the outside of the box. You will only receive a refund for the total value of goods and not the carriage charge.
